Dear Mr.Moise,
As per our recent phone conversation, please find enclosed a drawing of the proper
c:ofigguration of your wharf to conform with your permit issued in 1982.
As you can see the map depicts the northern most pier of your dock moved southward
to a point where it complies with the terms of your permit, specifically special condition #17
which states:
"the entire structure shall be constructed at least 10 feet from lines drawn
perpendicular to the shoreline at the points where the owner's property line meets the
shoreline. All attached boats shall be contained within the above specified lines."
Basically this means that your northern pier will have to be moved in to a point parallel
to and eight feet from the southern pier. This will result in you still being able to berth three
vessels legally at your wharf, one to the south, one in the center and one to the north..., .
(provided the northern boat is never wider than 10 feet which is the distance that pier will be
set back from the property line).
Should you wish to proceed with the settlement of this matter on these terms. I can
prepare an Order on Consent as we discussed when you where at this office which will
incorporate this drawing,with these dimensions, and will become the legal basis for the
existence oforder specificallyclass Marina

dock is maintained exactly as depicted in the Order.
