1. Approved minutes of previous meeting.
2. 'Robert Ledda, Rainbow Trail Subdivision - letter submitted from
George Kurosaka, Engineer, includes memo from Health Dept.
16 lots deleted. Present 27 lots considered by Health Dept. part
of proposed new Rainbow Trail, regardless of ownership. Most to
be developed without a variance from Health Dept. is 23 lots.
3. (#673) E. Grant - Pickle Hill Acres, Sec. II - conceptional
approval given for 21 lots, including Sec. I. d
4. (#773) Sarah' Bai.ley/Mary Jenniejohn- conceptional approval
given for 32 lots - Health Dept. approval after preliminary
and before final approval. Set public hearing for June 6, 1973
at 8:00 P.M. ~

5. Variance # 300 - George Stark -to sell used cars in an R-4 Zone
on the property situated at 37 Glenwood Ave.- motion made and
seconded, no comment. Note deed restrictions.

6. Variance # 301 - Adirondack Community College- to place an
oversized sign on the property situated at Bay Road.-motion
made and seconded to r~commend approval.
7. Variance # 302 - Charles Baker - to place a private swimming
pool in side yard instead of rear yard on the property sit-
uated at West Mountain Road- motion made to recommend approval.
Seconded.
8. Variance # 303 - Ray Wynn - to place two apartments in a C-3
Zone on the property situated at 362 Ridge Road - motion made
and seconded to recommend approval.

Variance It 304 - Agnes Rozelle - (Lasser Realty) - to change a
non-conforming uSß from a Branch Post Office , Country Store
to a Steakhouse Restaurant-Cocktail Lounge on the property
situated at 64 Main St., West Glens Falls. Motion made and
seconded to file no objections.
10. Variance W 305 - Laurence Lussier -to sell an occasional used
car in an R-4 Zone on the property situated at 20 Main Street,
West Glens Falls. Motion made and seconded-no comment.

11. Variance # 306 - C.B. Witham, Ste. Sacrem~nt Landing, Inc. to
place a sign in an R-3 Zone on the property situated at Route 9L,
motion made and seconded to recommend approval. .~
12. Special Use #40- Stephen Lapham - Recreation facility for profit
on the prùperty si tUôted at Glenwood Ave. ,s. Bay Road- motion
made and seconded to recommend approval.
13. Special Use #41 - Scott McLaughlin - to place a campsite in an
R-2 & R-4 Zone on the property situated at Upper Bay Road-
Motion made and seconded to recommend approval.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn. Next scheduled Regular Meeting
is June 6, 1973, 8:00 P.M. at the Queensbury Town Office Building.
