1. Motion made and seconded to approve minutès of previous meeting.
2. Opened public hearing on Sherman Acres, Frai)k Pulsifer. Total (#8..73)
38 lots, Section I; Sinnott moved, Mellon seconded, to grant
preliminary approval, subject to Highway Dept.. and Health Dept.
approval. Mr. .Pulsifer stated be has the approval of both depts.
3. . Opened public hearing on Bailey-Jennijohn subdivision #7-73.
There are 32 lots on Sherman Avenue near City pjl"(jIiÞerty. Motion
made by Roberts, seconded by S. Richardson to grant preliminary
approval. Needed are: subdivision name, street names, Health
and Highway Dept. approval.
4. Presented by West Mountain Corp., proposed. subdivision, " Northw(! it
Village" (outside A.. P. A..) Roads will not be deeded over to th/!
Town; privately owned. Hªalth Dept. approval needed. Two member!
will look at property. Public hearing set for the next meeting!

Roberts to recommend approval"providing only 4 lots allowed""
Recommendations also referred to Adirondack Park Agency.
Discussed that only 4 lots does not constItute a "subdivision",
5 lots and up are considered a subdivision. Final opinion res~s
with A.P.A. Discussed location on Seelye Road, size of propfr.ty,
andnearnes. to lake.
60 Variance #321, Lawrence & Margaret Waite .... to convert 'an existing
structure . in~o a one-.famil y dwelling on the propertysi tuat'!ld
on County Line Road; Motion by Roberts, seconded by Sinnott J,O
recommend approval, with comments that this would improve the ar(Nl.
7. Special Use Permit #45, Goodwin, Sims, Harvey- to place a
private yacht club on the property si tuatedon Seelye Road. .
(Dr. Michalka property) There was much discÜssion regardinl the
âccess roads, impact on lake,concet'n about traffic, sewaçe .
facili ties. Tabled for Executive session. 'Resul ts- Motion by
Slnm>tt to recommend disapproval, seconded by Mellon.
8. John Girard/George La Mora - Variance #322 - to convert an
existing building for light indu$trial use (Zoned R-3) on
the property situated at RD#2, Corinth Road. Seven signatures
were obtained by applicant with no objections. One pe':son will
be employed, machine for tool grinding cutters, area will be
upgraded and improved. Motion by Sinnott, seconded èy Roberts to
recommend approval.

9. Variance #323 -Mooring Post Marina, Inc. - to enlarge a non-
conforming use in an R-l Zonê on.tbeproperty situated at Cleverdale
Road,Cleverdale. Request was presented by Paul Cushing. John
Mannix, Attorney. Parking problem was discussed, also, 35% lot
coverage. Under jurisdiction of A. P. A., class B regional.
. This application was tabled rorExecutive session; and was
recommended for approval, by motion made by Roberts, Sinnott
seconded; will improve property.. .

Motion made to recommend approval by . Richardson, seconded by
Robat-tl; concern about abilIty to provide adequate sewage and
