Regular Meeting - 8:15 P. M.
1. Motion was made by Kirkpatrick and seconded by fjellon to approve
minutes of February meeting. Carried.
2. IAarian Jeckel - Subdivision on Seelye Road - to divide lot into
three parcels. Motion by Roberts and seconded by Mellon to
approve.
3. Public hearfng set for April 4, 1974 for Woodbury subdivision
West Mountain Road - 24 lots.
4. Northwest Village Subdivision - þ~tion by Roberts seconded by
Monahan to approve. Final approval.
5. Variance #344, Ronald S. Silverman - to place a dental office in
Regency Park Apartments (R-5 Zone) on property at Cronin and
Meadowbrook Road. ~otion by lAellon seconded by Kirkpatrick to
approve subject to Zoning Board determination of a use variance for
a professional office not in the residence of the professional,
and also applicant to canvass other tenants for objections and
comments.
6. Variance #345, Stephen Letizia - to construct a motel complex
and place an oversized sign on the property situated at Corinth
Road, West Glens Falls. ~otion by Roberts seconded by ljellon
to table until next meeting. The plot plan did not show proper
size in accordance with the tax map. Asked for a proper survey
to indicate property lines. The status of New Hampshire Avenue
should be determined as to whether it is a deeded town road. We
asked that they contact the State Department of Transportation
to find out their restrictions as far as distance of an access
this close to the Northway exit. Applicant also to submit market
feasibility study.
7. Variance #346, Saturno :r. and Norma S. D' Alfonsi - to divide a lot
into two non-conforming lots, on property at Plum Point, Route 9L,
Lake Shore Drive. Motion by ljonahan seconded by Roberts to approve.
Approval recommended since this would eliminate a non-conforming use.

8. Special Permit #49, .:roseph Trackey (Atlantic Richfield) - to place
a taxi cab service in a C-3 Zone on property at 52 Aviation Road,
Atlantic Richfield Service Station. Motion by Mellon seconded by
Monahan to approve. This use would be a permitted special use
according toa letter from our attorney. It was felt that there
VIas a need for a taxi service in this area of the Town.
