Motion by Kirkpatrick seconded by Roberts to approve minutes of May 1, 1974 meeting. Motion carried. 2. .Puþlic Hearing - Robert Ledda, Rainbow Ridge Section 2, Jenkinsville. . l\J1r. Ledda was not present. Mr. Norton said that he had noticed a legal notice in the newspaper of foreclosure of mortgage sale of the property which would eliminate the need for any action by the Board until it is cleared up as to who is going to be developing the land - if there is a developer. Russell Harris the former owner of the property was present and said that he would like to see the property developed. Mr. Norton said that the Planning Board feel in view of Lœ. Ledda's past performance, especially in Ridge r~eadows where there are quite a few problems of his causing, that the Boa:t.:d feels that before it would approve a subdivision here 1.u-. Ledda would have to come up with some pretty good assurances that he would prop-erly develop.. this property. The Board would undoubtedly require a performance bond ·to see that he does follow the approved plans and the requirements of the town. k~.Norton said that he had indications from the Town Board that they definitely agree. 3. Queensbury Beautification Committee approval needed and outline of home owners association data to be submitted. Two Public Hearings to be held ~uly 3 . 1974 at 7:30 - Kingswood Development, \'leeks Road and a l2 Lot Šubdivision for Ruggles and Benack on Peggy Ann Road. Motion by Sinnott seconded by Richardson to recommend approval. ~otion carried. 7. Variance #355 Lawrence C. Lussier, Main and Caroline Sts. R-4. - to enlarge a non-conforming use. Motion by Roberts seconded by Sinnott to recommend approval. Motion carried. 8. Variance #356 Dale M. "Motion carried. 10. Variance #358 Carswell's Truck Center Inc., 685 Upper Glen Street C-2 to place a new sign closer to the right of way than the 50' allowed. Motion by Kirkpatrick seconded by Mellon to recommend approval. Motion carried. ll. Variance #359 Theron G. Egley, East Sunnyside Road R-3 - to continue making and selling handmade hunting knives in a barn after the sale of his residence. Motion by Sinnott seconded by Richardson to recommend approval with the stipulation that it be non-transferrable outside the family. Motion carried. 12. Pyramid L~ll asked for an extension of time in applying for a building permit. Motion br Sinnott and seconded by 'Kirkpatrick to recommend extension for a 5 x-month period starting June 19, 1974.
