Bryan Harrison from Warren County Planning was present and discussed the
8 prints of Queensbury in regard to areas that are practical to develop,
etc. K. Sorlin announced that maps are available for public to view to
see what the physical features of the Town of Queensbury are. Bryan
Harrison will make a news release on this. A booklet titled TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY NATURAL CHAHACTERISTICS REPORT has been r<1"epared to go with
maps. Maps and booklet will be if} the Planning Room at the Queensbury
Town Office Building. .

ing nonaconforming use with a 3 ft. x 4 ft. wall sign in an R-5 Zone
on the property situated at Manor Drive. William Maille appeared on
this variance and said that 20' x 43t portion of the building to be
used as a laundromat. Motion by Threw seconded by Montesi to recommend
approval of this variance. Vote 3 in favor of motion 1 opposed. Carried.
Variance #525. Mahlon G. M?rris90 (Dunki~' Do~uts) g to place an addition
~ ft. by 3 ft. to an exist1ng tree-stand1ng s1gn on the property situated
at 684 Upper Glen Street. Mahlon Morrison appeared on this variance.
Motion by Montesi to disapprove. Could not get a second to the motion.
Motion by Sorlin seconded by Threw to approve. Vote 3 in favor of motion
1 opposed. Motion carried.
Vartance #526, JOÞ!lY. Co~1? - to place an addi ticn to a dwell ing with
an 11 ft. front setback in lieu of the required 30 ft. front setback
on the property 51 tuated at the east side of Rockhu:cst Road" Philip
Davies appeared on this variance. Motion by Sorlin seconded by Threw
to recommend approval of this variance~ Vote 4 in favor of motion.

motion. Motion carried unanimously.

the property situated at 113 Aviation Road~ Paul Cushing appeared
on this variance. Motion by Montesi seconded by Sorlin to recommend
approval of this variance. Vote was 4 in favor of motion. Motion
carried unanimously.
Variance #529~. Clarance Lazur~ (greene çonstruc.:t~on çOffiR.ê.!2Yl ... to
place a two-car garage in an M~2 Zone with 15 ft. Ìront setgack in
lieu of the required 50 ft. front setback on the property situated
at Green Street. Clarence Lazure was present on this varian.:;e.
Motion by Sorlin seconded by Montesi to recommend approval@ Vote
was 4 in favor of motion. Motion carried.

setback, side setback, minimum lot size and extension of two years
to complete Phases I and 1:1. ~'1otion seconded by "ontesi and carried
by vote of 4 in favor of motion.
