Per.Code Rule 56 we are here by submitting the asbestos survey to the New York State Labor Department.. Based on the samples taken on May 24, 2006, by CEM, Inc. at 724 Upper Glen Street Queensbury, NY, no asbestos contained material was identified. As such, no remedial action is required. Enclosed please fmd a copy of the asbestos audit prepared by CEM, Inc. Polarized Light Microscopy (YLM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) revealed asbestos containing materials in the following samples analyzed: Asbestos Containing 1Katerial ~ Approximute~aret' Condition ?.itA __ Axone of the sampled materials were found to contain asbestas. Previous reports regarding tl~is property also foa~nd no asbestos containing materials.
