Per.Code Rule 56 we are here by submitting the asbestos survey to the New York State Labor Department.. Based on the samples taken on May 24, 2006, by CEM, Inc. at 724 Upper Glen Street Queensbury, NY, no asbestos contained material was identified. As such, no remedial action is required.
