Enclosed please fmd the fmal map for the Boundary Line Adjustment of the lands of
Cloyd Kerchner that we had previously discussed in your office.The map shows that the
two(2)parcels of land owned by Mr.Kerchner(tax parcel 290.-1-47 and 290.-1-48)will
remain as two parcels but will be reconfigured in such a way that the smaller parcel will
now,be the house parcel and the larger parcel will be the vacant parcel.As we discussed,
all setbacks will conform to regulations and any structures that do not conform will either
be moved so they do conform or they will be removed.
•
After you review the map and make any comments we will provide you with a mylar and
paper copy for Town of Queensbury approval stamp and the map will then be filed in
Warren County.
