Box 1192 Albany, New York 12201 Dear Sir: Your service station located on the Corinth Road in the Town of Queensbury, managed and operated by Mr. Edward Ramsey, is in violation of the Town of Queensbury Zoning Ordinance by displaying signs at various times . It is my understanding that these signs were ordered dis- played by a representative of your company. I am also aware that perhaps your representative was not aware of the fact that a permit to display any sign of any nature in the Town of Queensbury without a permit is a violation of the Zoning Ordin- ance regulating signs . Please advise your representatives of this ordinance. Any further violations may result in legal action to have these violations abated. If there is any question relative to this matter, please feel free to call on us at any time. Very tru3j yours, ,_1(Z.LeRoy Ph/ ips, Building & Zoning Department LP/pej BUILDING & ZONING March 26, 1970 Mr. James Van ValkenbuLg 1867 State Street Schenectady, New York Dear Sir : It appears that a violation of the Town of Queensbury Zoning ordinance exists in relation to your property at Brayton Lane, Assembly Point. It also appears that the application for building permit #638 was misleading and therefore is, as of this date cancelled temporarily. No more construction or alterations are to . be carried on. at this location until this alleged violation has been abated. It is my opinion that a solution to the proplem would be for you to obtain a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals . A certificate of occupancy for the new addition has not been issued and may not be legally occupied until a certificate is obtained. Trusting you will take the proper steps to correct this violation, I remain, Sincerely yours, Le y Phillips, BUILDING & •ZONING DEPARTMENT LP/pej f f' a -7 ' • I i . . .
