GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. All activities authorized by this permit must be in strict conformance with the
approved plans submitted by the permittee or the permittee's agent as part of
the permit application.
2. The permitee has accepted expressly, by the execution of the application, the

the full legal responsibility of all damages, direct or indirect, of whatever
nature, and by whomever suffered, arising out of the project described herein
and has agreed to indemnify and save harmless the State from suits, actions,
damages and costs of every name and description resulting from the said project.
3. The permittee is responsible for keeping the permit active by submitting a
a renewal application, including any forms, fees or supplemental information
which may be required by the Commission, no later than 30 days prior to the
the expiration of construction authorization.
4. The permittee is responsible for obtaining any other permits, approvals, land
easements, and rights-of-way which may be required for this project.
5. This permit shall not be construed as conveying to the applicant any right to
trespass upon the lands or interfere with the riparian rights of others in
to perform the permitted work or as authorizing the impairment of any rights
title, or interest in real or personal property held or vested in a person
not a party to the permit.
