We discussed what I will inspect when they are ready. I also spoke with Bobby Chatterton of BBL regarding the required inspections discussed with Seth. I asked Bobby to send me the specifications on the CAFCO-BOARD to be installed in narrow bay between structural steel and exterior structural metal stud framing at 2nd floor. The product is a replacement of the spray on fireproofing due winter weather conditions only at the location noted above. Also Dente/Terracon will need to inspect structural steel, structural exterior metal stud walls and fireproofing(CAFCO-BOARD). 2/17/21 partial approval for framing, south half of east facing exterior wall at first floor approved. 2x6 metal studs. Ok to sheath walls will check balance of structural metal stud framing items from inside. Fiber board fireproofing installed at narrow locations. 2/18/21 Building Framing Partial Approval - South Half of west wall metal stud structural framing partial approval. Ok to sheath walls will check balance of structural metal stud framing items from inside. Fiber board fireproofing installed at narrow locations. 3/8/21 Site visit with Dave Hatin, Mark Smith and myself. We met with Bobby Chatterton from BBL and went over job progress, upcoming structural inspections with third party engineer and under slab plumbing. 4/7/21 Building Framing Partial Approval - Balance of South Half of Building metal stud structural framing partial approval. Ok to sheath walls will check balance of structural metal stud framing items(clips and anchors from inside. Fiber board fireproofing installed at narrow locations. - Zip Roof Sheathing taping of joints at south half of building approved. Note: - Forward all special inspections for fireproofing, structural steel and wood framing performed to date for south half of building. - Roof access to dormers and parapets must be a minimum of 20"x30". 4/09/21 Building Framing Inspection Not Approved - Based on our initial inspection of the 2nd and 3rd floor of the south end of the building the following items will need to be addressed. 1) Submit truss bracing diagrams to our office so we may verify roof and floor truss bracing, nailing patterns for girder trusses and truss hangers. 2) Verify all point loads transfer down with blocking between floors. 3) Verify all shear wall nailing has been complete. 4/14/21 Building Framing Partial Approval - 2nd & 3rd floor corridors joist hangers approved. Laundry room ceilings approved. Ok to sheetrock lids for ductwork installation in corridors and unit laundry rooms. - Shear walls in corridors still missing nails. 4/15/21 Building Framing Partial Approval - South Half of building roof trusses inspection Corrections required: 1) T01 Roof Trusses installed upside down. 2) T02GR girder truss needs to be 2 ply it is a single truss.
