Project Description Applicant has constructed a 3,287 sq. ft. residence versus and 863 sq. ft. renovation with 400
square foot screened porch as previously approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals. Relief requested from side
setback requirements and for expansion of a nonconforming structure. Additional relief is requested for the
