MANAGEMENT STAFF SALARY AND NON-UNION POSITION/GRADE
SCHEDULES AND NON-UNION SALARY STRUCTURE EFFECTIVE

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to adopt Year 2011 Salary and Wage
Schedules for its part-time hourly, non-management, non-union full-time and management staff, as well
as its Non-Union Position/Grade Schedule and Non-Union Salary Structure as part of the Town’s
Salary Administration Program in the Town’s Employee Handbook, and
WHEREAS, such Schedules and Structures shall supersede all previously adopted salaries,
Schedules and Structures for these positions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and adopts the Year 2011
Salary and Wage Schedules for its part-time hourly, non-management, non-union full-time and
management staff, as well as its Non-Union Position/Grade Schedule as part of the Town’s Salary
Administration Program in the Town’s Employee Management System Handbook, effective January

RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Budget Officer to replace the current Non-Union Salary Structure with such new Non-Union
Salary Structure, as well as update the Non-Union Position/Grace Schedule with the new Non-Union
Position Grade Schedule (set forth as part of the salary and wage schedules) in the Town’s Wage and
Salary Administration Program in the Employee Handbook, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take all action necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
