Remaining teams:
- Grade on sides of main entrance needs to be re-engineered. The grade slopes back to building you must have
a slope of 6" in the first 10' away from building. The grades on both sides are a little flat remember there must be
a slope of 6" in 10' from building.
- Submit Final Approval Letter from structural engineer that the building was built in accordance with the approved
structural plans, specifications and special inspections.
- Submit Final Approval Letter from Architect that the building was built in accordance with the approved plans,
specifications and COMchecks for envelope, electrical and mechanical.
- Submit all special inspection reports for site, concrete and structural elements.
- Submit Certified Final Survey
- Perform blower door test and submit report.
- Perform HVAC Air Balancing Test and submit report.
- Pressure test required on gas lines in structure. 10 psi for 10 minutes as discussed with Hilltop's plumber.
- Water test shower drains and mop sink as discussed with Hilltop's plumber.
- Self closing gate needs to be installed as shown on plans at top of deck steps with code compliant handrails on
both sides attached to guard rails with 12" extension at bottom of stairs like the ramp.
- All door hardware must be installed with required self closing devices.
- Submit on thumb drive a complete set of as-builts plans for the site, and building.
- Need to verify attic accesses are gasket sealed with required ceiling insulation installed over them.
- Gas supply to building not installed
- Verify hot water
- Basement stairs require handrails on both sides.
- Install handicapped parking sign and no parking sign in designated locations.
- Install all handicapped signage for bathrooms as per plan.
- Install all countertops as per plan.
- Final Electrical Inspection
- Address Fire Marshal's Items
- Install Address on front of building. 4" high numbers minimum.
This is a preliminary inspection there may be a few miscellaneous items that may come up at time of Final
Inspection for CO but to the best of my knowledge this is the majority of items remaining items.

- As per my phone conversation with Tim Bartlett with the Center of Disabilities they final received their approval
from the insurance company to install a fire sprinkler system within the building envelope and make all water
damage repairs. I told Tim that the new Fire sprinkler plans need to be submitted to the Fire Marshal Mike Palmer
for his review and approval. I also told Tim an inspection of the new insulation will need to be done before any
finishes are installed. Tim said he will contact Mike Palmer and keep me up to date on the progress.
