No rock for use in construction is to come from the lake bed. 22. Heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, payloaders, etc. , shall not be driven in the water. 23. This permit is conditional on the permittee obtaining, if appropriate, a grant of easement through the Office of General Services for lands under the water. 24. A DEC permit sign is to be conspicuously posted at the work site, protected from the weather, for the duration of the project. 25. The permittee shall require that any contractor, project engineer, or other person responsible for the overall supervision of this project reads, understands, and complies with this permit, including all special conditions to prevent environmental degradation. 26 .
