Applicant proposes a 253 linear foot fence to be installed on the property to enclose the pool and
backyard. The fence will be a vinyl/wood privacy fence at 6 ft in height. A portion of the fence will be
placed along Richmond Street that is considered a front yard as the lot is a corner lot. The existing home
is 1,699 sq ft footprint and the shed is 320 sq ft both are to remain as they are. Site work is for placement
of fence around property. Relief request is for type of fence and height of fence in a front yard.

Street, Schenectady,NY, Party of the First Part, and HILAR F ASKELL,residing at 47 boylston
Street, Glens Falls, NY, 12801, Party of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH,that the Party of the First Part,in consideration of One and 00/100($1,00)
Dollar, lawful money of the-United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the
Party of the Second Part,does hereby grant and release unto the Parties of the Second Part,their heirs
and assigns forever,All that certain lot,piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town
of Queensbury, County of Warren and State of New York,being Lot 23 as shown on a map entitled
Subdivision Plan, Thomas Schiavone, Sherman Avenue,Town Queensbury"made by VanDusen&
Steves, Land Surveyors, dated January 9, 2003, and filed in the Warren County Clerk's Office on
June 16, 2006,in Plat B Map 353, Subdivision Modification dated September 11,2009,last revised
December 17, 2009, Plat Cabinet C-164, filed January 13, 2010.
BEING a portion of the same premises conveyed to the Party of the First Part by deed August 18,
2017, and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
SUBJECT to any and all covenants, restrictions, easements and agreements of record, if any.
THIS SALE is in the regular course of business of the limited liability company and does not
constitute all or substantially all of the assets of the limited liability company. This sale was
authorized by a unanimous vote of the members of said limited liability company.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and all the estate and rights of the Party of the First
Part in and to said premises,

her heirs and assigns forever.
AND said Party of the First Part covenants as follows:

THIRD, That in Compliance with Sec. 13 of the Lien Law, the Grantor will receive the
consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
