The Certificate of Occupancy is granted to O'Tooles Restaurant with
the following stipulations to be met by the landlord:
1) All exterior sidewalks leading to the rear parking lot must
be complete.
2) Sufficient lighting of sidewalk must be provided.
3) All paving of the rear parking lot. in accordance with the
revise plan must be complete.
4) All striping must be complete in rear parking lot.
5) Repairs to front parking lot along newly installed sidewalk
must be complete including paving and striping.
6) Islands must be installed within two weeks after O'tooles
opens in rear parking lot.
