wharf ( s ) as proposed in your written application. This permit
was issued in accordance with the applicable provisions of the
Park Commission' s rules and regulations ( 6 NYCRR 645 & 646 ) and
Environmental Conservation law. The permit is valid only for the
repair or replacement of legally existing wharfs and their
supporting structures with no change ,in size, shape -or'•location.

the permit; these are intended to minimize ' any environmental
disturbance associated with the authorized activity.
