To whom it may concern:
On 3/16/20, personnel from the Regional Materials staff inspected your Portland cement concrete
production facility located at Shermantown Road,Glens Falls. As a result of this-inspection, it has been
determined that the physical plant features, the automation, recordation and admixture dispensing
system.at-this plant are in conformance with the requirements outlined:in Section 501 of the New York
State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications of January 1,2020. In accordance with 501-
3.03 (A), notify the Regional Materials office by 3:00 PM on the day before any production for NYSDOT
or for locally administered Federal-aid projects.
Approval is hereby given to supply Portland cement concrete from this facility to Department projects
during the 2020 construction season,with the following limitations;
1. Minimum Batch Weights are: 2.When producing batches with microsilica
Aggregate 2000 Lb powder added separately:
