This is to inform you that the bottom of footings for the new apartment buildings at the Western
Reserve development on West Mt. Road are at an elevation of 473 feet. This is well above the
seasonal high groundwater elevation. Although test pits shown on the apartment site plan only
went to elevation 473, an adjacent test pit for the housing subdivision went to elevation 465
without encountering groundwater.
