improvements/easements to access parcels at the lake. The applicant intendsto install a septic system to service
85 Pilot Knob Rd.; 91 Pilot Knob Rd. will remain vacant at this time. Relief requested for reducing a non-
conforming parcel to less conforming where 2 acres is required.
