Project Description: (Revised) Applicant proposes several renovations to an existing home and to construct an attached garage. The

permeable pavers, and dry well near the garage. Relief requested for setbacks, floor area, rain gardens within 100 ft. of shoreline, and
expansion of a non-conforming structure.
