PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING AND CONSULTING SERVICES

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board previously authorized engagement of the services
of Richard H. Dinolfo, Certified Public Accountant (Mr. Dinolfo), to provide professional accounting
and consulting services to the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Town's Budget Officer has recommended that the Town Board again
authorize engagement of Mr. Dinolfo to provide such services to the Town through December 31St
2012 as more fully set forth in Mr. Dinolfo's proposal to the Town dated December 29th, 2011 and
presented at this meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize such services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the engagement of Richard
H. Dinolfo, Certified Public Accountant for provision of professional accounting and consulting
services to the Town of Queensbury, to be billed at the rate of$135 per hour of service, not to exceed
$7,500, for time provided through December 31St, 2012, as generally described in Mr. Dinolfo's
December 29th, 2011 proposal presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to sign such
proposal substantially in the form presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that payment for such services shall be from the appropriate Town accounts as
may be determined by the Town Supervisor and/or Town Budget Officer, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms
of this Resolution.
