Queensbury,NY 12804 Large George,NY 12845 Project Number: JB191099 The undersigned arrived on site to observe the foundation bearing grades for the external wall footings for the proposed structure. Which on site the following was observed. Upon arrival to the site the foundations were already excavated to the reported bearing elevation. The exposed soils appeared to be consistent with the natural soils anticipated at the site with the exception of the portion of the foundation along line 1 from line 3 to 1 and on line 1 from line A to c.75 (approximately)as indicated on the attached sketch. This area was noted to contain deleterious material consisting of organics and topsoil at the bearing grade. It was recommended that this material be removed and replaced with crushed stone placed on top of a geotextile fabric. It was recommended that we return to the site in order to observe the removal of the unsuitable soils.
