RE: Scheduled Meeting Cancelled
After some discussion with a number of Commissioners,
and considering the tentative agenda for the upcoming
meeting and the proximity of the school ,holidays, it
has been jointly decided by the Chairman and the Director
that the regularly scheduled February 28th Recreation
Commission meeting be cancelled.
Therefore the next meeting of the Recreation Commission
will be the regularly scheduled meeting on Monday,
March 28, 1983.
Please be advised that I shall be out of town during the
vacation week but will be back on February 28th.
See you after vacation.
