Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes to construct a 233 square foot second
story addition to a non-conforming single family dwelling. Relief is required from the
Town side setbacks and for expansion of a non-conforming structure.
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required
for this variance since the project does not involve provisions of the Adirondack Park
Agency Act.
