It has been brought to my attention that your building permit has still not been issued a
Certificate of Occupancy because a final electrical inspection has not been received for
the work that was done under the Building Permit No. 03-565.
This letter is to advise you that to legally occupy the space you received a building permit
for, you must obtain a final electrical. Failure to do so could result in a court summons
being issued by this Department for occupying the structure without a proper'Certificate
of Occupancy.
In order to avoid any further action by this Department, I'm asking Ghat you please
contact one of the.electrical inspectors on the list attached to this letter immediately and
close out this permit.
Failure to do so over the next two weeks will result in a cour 'summns being issued.
