Centralized Wastewater System
Connection of Cabin #15 to Centralized System
Our office designed the centralized wastewater system serving 8 private cottages within the
Takundewide Homeowners Association. The system was constructed in 2008 and has a design
capacity of 3630 GPD. Based upon design flow data, water usage information and existing
building connections, there is available capacity in the system to serve proposed 4-bedroom
cabin 15.
Attached is a system record plan showing proposed connection of cabin #15.

Mr. Dyer,
he following is per our phone converstion today.
This letter is a addendum to the permit plans dated 11-18-2021
Items below are to be included in construction/permit plans.
1.The ceiling insualtion as shown on pg. 3, cross section "A"of the permits plans is to be
changed from R-38 to R-49
The use of electric heat requires the Energy Code to follow the Prescriptive path for compliance.
Attached is the revised REScheck with R-49 ceiling insulation. Included is the Inspection
Checklist and Energy Efficiency Certificate.
Please feel free to call or email if you have any other questions.
Respectfully
Eric Teras
