To Whom It May Concern:
In January of 2004, The Troy Savings Bank will be merged into First Niagara Barak,
whose principal office is located at 5950 .South Transit Road in Lockport, New 'York. On
the effective date of the merger, The Troy Savings Bank will cease to exist.as a
separate corporate entity.
On the effective date of the merger, all the signage of Tray Savings Bank will be
changed to that of First Niagara. To complete that process, First Niagara has retained
the services of Saxton Sign Corporation and Ulrich Sign Company, Inc. We hereby
grant both aforementioned companies permission to secure sign permits on our behalf
for all properties of The Tray Savings Bank.
We look forward to working with the sign companies and you to complete the transition
process smoothly, and in concert with local permit and other requirements.
