Code Compliance Notes True May 12, 2022: the final inspection on May 10, 2022 revealed the
storage structure is compliant to size and location. However,
deficiencies were discovered.
Deficiencies:
1) A large concrete block dumpster enclosure has been
constructed adjacent to the storage structure, which was not
proposed or approved.
2) One of the three sheds proposed and approved to be removed
has been relocated east of the new storage structure. The
location relative to the east property line to be determined by a
surveyed as-built site plan.
3) A new gazebo has been placed near the north property line
north of the new storage structure, which was not proposed or
approved. The location relative to the north property line to be
determined by a surveyed as-built site plan.
On May 11, 2022, Rob Wagner of Turner Construction was notified
of the deficiencies and directed to submit a surveyed as-built site
plan per SP 74-2021 Resolution of Approval Condition 3f. A
modification of the approval may be required (to be determined by
Zoning Administrator Craig Brown).
July 6, 2022: site now in compliance. Zoning Administrator will
allow new dumpster enclosure without a SP Mod. The shed and
gazebo have been removed from the property. Good for zoning
permit sign-off.
