Dear Mr. Hatin:
, As per your request enclosed are letters for the design engineer and the installation
• contractor certifying that the Clinker Loading facility was installed as per drawings and
specifications also included is the final electrical inspection. In addition, I have included
photos taken during construction that I believe clearly show that the foundations were
installed at the proper depth below grade.
The clinker loading facility has a fire extinguisher just outside the scale room. A member
of the Glens Falls Fire Department has approved this location; we are seeking the
approval of the South Queensbury Fire Department for this location.
If you have any additional questions,please don't hesitate to contact me at Ext. 245.

In February of 2002, we inspected the Clinker Load-Out Structure that was under construction at
your Glens Falls, NY Facility. Following our inspection, we prepared a written summary including
sketches specifying modifications that needed to be completed. A copy of this summary was
given to both Glens Falls Lehigh Cement and Catskill Mountain Mechanical, Inc.. Based on
follow-up inspections by Lehigh Valley Technical Associates and Glens Falls Lehigh Cement
Company, the necessary modifications have been completed. We therefore certify that the
Clinker Load-Out Structure has been constructed to the specifications set forth for the project,
including the New York State Building Code.
