Subdivision(t)of section 720.1 of Title 9 ofthe Official Compilation of Codes,Rules and Regulations of the State ofN'ew York is amended to read as follows: (£)such enclosure shall have railings and post within the enclosure,which shall be capable ofresisting a nnnunum lateral load of 150 pounds applied midway between posts and at top ofposts,respectively.
