The tested number is 2.939747 ACH/50 Pascal. ❖The total volume of conditioned space at 11 Moon Hill Place is 3 663 5.8 cubic feet taking into consideration all conditioned space in the home. The cubic feet per minute @,50 Pascal was 1795 CFM/50. The height correction factor for New York State is 15.4 for a two-story building,as such the tested home @ 11 Moon Hill Place, has the natural rate of air exchange of 0.190893 air changes per hour/natural or 116.6 cfm natural air infiltration credit based on the blower door test. ❖In the latest(2013)version of ASHRAE 62.2,high-performance homes need to be ventilated at 7.5 cfm per bedroom+1,plus 3 cfin per 100 square feet of living space. That means for 3+1 bedrooms it would need 4 times 7.5cfm+2489 sq ft/100 times 3 cfm or 30 cfm+74.7 cfm for 104.7 cfm total. Since there is no air exchange deficit, based on the natural air infiltration credit a Heat Recover Ventilator is not necessary.
