Subdivision(fl of section 720.1 of Title 9 ofthe Official Compilation of Codes;Rules and Regulations of the State ofNew York is amended to read as follows: (f)such enclosure shall have railings and post within the enclosure,which shall be capable ofresisting a minimum lateral load of 150 pounds applied midway between posts and at top of posts,respectively.
