This letter is to inform you that I inspected the completed septic system for the house on Lot #12
in the Emerald Grove Subdivision on August 22, 2003. The house being constructed on this'lot is'
a 3 bedroom house.
The septic system as installed consists of a 1,000 gallon septic tank and 168 linear feet of
absorption trench. The installation conforms with the requirements of the approved .subdivision,
design drawings.
