You indicated that a 10"x20"footing was installed. A 10"x20" 3500 psi concrete footing reinforced with(2) #4 rebar is acceptable as long as the soil bearing underneath the footing is a minimum of 3000 psf. Also as we discussed,the porch roof rafters are to be 2"x10" @ 16"o.c. and the porch ceiling joists are to be 2"x8" @ 16"o.c. Please call if there are any questions.
