Wastewater Treatment Works" the daily wastewater generation rate for an office building
can be expected to be 0.1 gal/day per square foot of office space. The-DeSantis Office _ •
• building"currently consists-of.approximately 2700 sq. ft. of office space, this includes the
entire first floor plus the conference room located in=basement. Based on the above- ; •
information a"new wastewater disposal system for this facility should be designed for
minimum of 270 gal/day.. Before constructing the'‘new wastewater disposal system for ,
this facility, the actual square footage of office space should be verified.
' - You have indicated that•.you would like to use the Reddish Fine Loamy Sand available. ' - -
