Re: 25 Garrison Rd — In ground swimming pool variance survey waiver request
Dear ,honing Board Chairperson,
Recently I applied for a variance on behalf of the owner, Mr. Peter Miltelman. Our variance request
is for a in ground swimming pool which a portion of this is within, a side yard. During the application
process I met with Laura Moore and she advised for me to direct a letter to you requesting a survey
waiver for the post requirement which is not on the original survey as part of this application. What I
did submit as part of this application is a survey that was prepared by DLP Surveying and is on file
with the building department based on the home being built very re;:ently. In addition, I also provided a
very detailed updated landscaping plan prepared by Monarch Design Group which has used all the
reference information based on the survey along with the proposed placemaA ofthe in ground
swimming Pool- =
I am hopeful that this request will be acceptable and I do look forward to presenting this variance
when we are scheduled to have our heaving.
