Location: Hurricane Harbor,Splashwater Island Treehouse Structure Scope of Work: Demolition and haul away of entire Splashwater Island Slide Structure.Slides and themed Bucket will remain on site for potential re-use.Structure materials will be hauled to a legal facility for disposal. No-asbestos monitoring is necessary for demolition per John O'Brian.All machine time, labor and trucking is included in the service agreement. New Site Plans: A new permanent slide structure will be erected on the existing site of the slide structure.The material fort'he new structure is TBD.The structure will consist of a staircase leading to two platforms which will suport operation of the existing 4 slides.The existing,"zero-depth" pool area will receive new theming and TBD water features.The existing catch pool will still be incorporated with the re-used slides.
