Code Compliance Notes False September 12, 2022: all deficiencies now corrected. All per
approval and with Matt Huntington, PE as-built site certification /
plan (September 12, 2022). Good for sign-off of both zoning
permits.
July 12, 2022: the proposed and approved site development has
not been completed. The numerous deficiencies were discussed
with Joe Leuci on site during the inspection. Mainly, the
stormwater system has not been installed: SW basin, roof gutters
and downspouts and pipes to basin not installed; swale around
septic not installed and the swale on the north side of the driveway
and the associated nyloplast drain basin / storm pipe to SW basin
has not been installed. The approved section of the old driveway
pavement, to be removed, has not been removed, and the
sections of the new driveway are not in the approved location.
None of the exposed soils have been stabilized with topsoil, seed
and straw (or hydroseed). The design engineer's as-built
certification will need to be provided once all of the site
development is completed and all areas have been at least
temporarily stabilized.
