Prior to the purchase closing, I do not have permission from the Seller to undertake this window work, and I pledge that the two affected Bedrooms will not be used for sleeping until such time as the windows can be replaced. I have obtained at least one detailed quote from a local Contractor to replace the two Bedroom windows as soon as feasible upon closing on the home. This is an expense I will make on my own in order for the house to comply with applicable codes, and I have saved enough funds sufficient to complete this project as quickly as possible. I fully intend to live at 222 Sherman Avenue with my daughter and continue to make property improvements when I can as a new homeowner.
