Regarding: Area Variance and Site Plan Review Application Submission
Carlson Residence - 67 Brayton Lane
Dear Mr. Traver & McCabe:
Submitted for your distribution and review are 15 sets of the applicable Area Variance and Site
Plan Review Application documents for the referenced project located at 67 Brayton Lane.
The updated plans have been revised to improve the previous variance request of the garage from
6’ to 14’. The retaining wall along the northwestern property line has been revised to be terraced.
The stormwater device along the northwest corner has been revised to overflow to an additional
stormwater management device to that provides extended treatment. LaBella Associates have
signed off with no further comments on letter dated August 24, 2022. It is our opinion that the
updated stormwater management plan is in compliance with their previous review and sign off
The following documents have been provided as part of this submittal to the Town of Queensbury
Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals:
1. Site Plan Application Data Sheets– Fifteen (15) Copies
2. Area Variance Application Data Sheets– Fifteen (15) Copies
3. Proposed Site Improvements For 67 Brayton Lane – Fifteen (15) Copies including three
(3) full-size at 22” x 34”
4. Stormwater Management Narrative – Three (3) Copies
