Kimley-Horn, on behalf of Target, is pleased to submit the Sign Variance Application and
associated documents for the existing Target store at 578 Aviation Road, Queensbury, NY 12804.
The applicant intends to install one (1) new wall sign, relocate an existing wall sign, and install an
exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS) on the northern face of the building. No changes are
proposed to the eastern, southern, and western face of the building.
Waiver Request
The applicant requests a waiver from the survey requirement for this application. The proposed
work is located on the existing building and no changes to the site are proposed in this application.
We believe the provided building elevations and site plans include sufficient information for the
Board to review and provide a decision on the proposed work.
