I am writing you with regards to your requested survey -waiver for your proposed Area Variance project
to maintain an existing shed located at 23 Highpoint Drive. Chairman Mike McCabe has approved your
waiver request with the condition to provide an As Built survey when the variance process for the
zoning permit is complete.
