Freshwater Wetlands Permit No. 6-2011: Land disturbance with 100 feet of a regulated
wetland.
Area Variance No. 61-2011: Relief requested from front, residential, shoreline and travel
corridor setbacks requirements. Further, relief requested for density and height
requirements of the Office zone.
