I have been asked by the property Owner(Ray Shirvell)of 31 Assembly Point Road to provide the required compliance letter related to the wastewater system installed to serve the residence. EDP was not involved with the original design/approvals of the holding tank system but we did provide design/approval services for the site plan and stormwater system design. As it is a simple holding tank system and we have it shown on our site plan.1 have agreed to prepare the necessary letter for your files. Recently I visited the site to review the location and alarm system of the holding tanks (2)serving the residence. Peter Carr,the contractor who installed the alarm system, reviewed the customary alarm system in each tank and the water supply shutoff system required by the Town. I have attached an 'As-Built'wastewater plan using our Site Plan as the base mapping. The tanks have been installed in the approved location and the alarm system with water shutoff capabilities have been installed as required by Queensbury holding tank standards. It is my opinion that the system as installed is in compliance with the intent of the approvals and is ready for operation.
