WHEREAS, Madison Wealth Managers has advised the Town of Queensbury that one of its
clients wishes to make a$1,000 anonymous donation to the Town of Queensbury toward the purchase
of a bench for the niche area at the Pine View Cemetery and Crematorium, and
WHEREAS, Peter and Denise Zayacheck also wish to make a $100 donation to the Town of
Queensbury toward the cleaning of their monument at the Pine View Cemetery and Crematorium, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is honored by these donations, feels that they will benefit Town
residents and therefore wishes to approve and authorize their acceptance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and accepts the $1,100 in
donations to the Town's Pine View Cemetery and Crematorium as delineated in this Resolution, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Budget Officer to deposit
the donations and increase the Donations Revenue Account No.: 002-0000-52705 and increase
Appropriations Account No.: 002-8810-4400 accordingly, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Town
Cemetery Superintendent to send a copy of this Resolution to the Madison Wealth Managers and to
Peter and Denise Zayachek with a letter of thanks for the generous donation and the Town Supervisor,
Town Cemetery Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to take all actions necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
