Dear Paul,
Yesterday I performed a second percolation test on lot #80 in the Hudson Pointe PLTD. This test
was required because the location of the house and septic was reversed from the original layout.
This second test was performed adjacent to the actual leach field, at a depth of 24 to 30" below
existing grade. The soil at the location of the percolation test is imported, compacted fill
consisting of fine to medilam sand with gravel, cobbles and some silt.
The stabilized percolation rate (after adequate presoaking) was three minutes and twenty-five
seconds.
