The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Queensbury has received an application from Neil
& Sandra Rypkema. Applicant proposes to construct two single family homes: Building A of

sq. ft. garage on -site. The project work includes minimal clearing for the new homes and municipal

on a parcel and for more than one garage on a parcel.
