The previous approved AV36-2010 for the now existing 2-car garage, did not deduct 320 SF of black top
driveway from where the garage is situated now. The buildings foot print also had square footage for a
full basement which the residence is a slab on grade. The existing Non-permeable square footage (8821
SF) on the Site Development Data sheet being submitted is the corrected number, the permeability
percentages have been corrected to reflect this also.
